- We ship internationally via DHL or LBC. Kindly contact us directly after placing an order. Estimated rate. Php 2,000.00 – Php 3,000.00 depending on the quantity. 7 to 10 working days. Please allow additional time for custom’s delays.
- Standard Shipping. 5 to 6 working days.
- We also offer delivery express via Lalamove or Grab shouldered by the buyer. 1 to 3 working days.

Return Policy
- We accept return/exchange within 30days provided there is no damage.
- We accept damage returns within 7 days upon receipt. Kindly attached proof of order and send us an email.
- Merchandise must be in the same condition when it was received
- SALE items cannot be returned/exchanged
- Earrings cannot be returned/exchanged for hygienic purposes
- Personalized, engraved jewelries cannot be returned/exchanged
- We do not accept cash refund
All return items must include completed copy of Return/Exchange Form
